The movie was a revenge story with Raj Babbar in it as the elder brother of the guy on right. Again the first name of the guy on the right in that movie is the real first name of the guy on the left.
It was one of my favourite movies then. Maybe I should give better hints about the movie. The movie also had Meenakshi Seshadri. Should be easy now.
